Southeast Fresno Real Estate
Unlike other areas of Fresno, this area is comprised of mainly family homes that are reasonably priced moderate luxury features and comfortable details and styling. Homes in this area typically range from the high $300,000s to just below $1 million. There are several types of properties available, all single-family homes. Whether you’re looking for a stylish bungalow or a larger estate-style home, Southeast Fresno real estate delivers.
On the high end of homes, we see larger mansions with private gates, multi-car garages, immaculate lawns, and outdoor entertaining areas. These properties are featured on large lots with mature trees, rolling, hills, and lots of land. Robust details and breathtaking stone and masonry work are also commonly seen here.. On the inside, you will notice features like grand staircases, intricate chandeliers, chef’s kitchens, and more. These homes also range between 4-6 bedrooms with multiple baths and stunning en suites. Walk-in closets, games rooms, balconies, and home theaters can also be expected.
Mid-range homes in the area are also quite nice, however, they might be smaller or located in busier neighborhoods than the high-end home. These homes are typically older, with more character built in. Log homes, stucco siding, and brick are all common materials used in mid-range homes. However, don’t be fooled, these properties still include some incredible luxury features such as pools, hot tubs, breakfast nooks, walk-in closets, and multi-car garages. Older properties also include mature trees, fenced-in yards, and beautiful manicured lawns and exterior landscaping.
